Hi, I’m Helen.

I am a former high school English teacher, a lifelong reader, and someone who has always found comfort and connection in words. Whether I’m writing or turning the pages of a good book, I feel most myself when I’m learning, reflecting, and sharing what I discover along the way.

In this new season of my life, I’m learning to make a new plan — and sometimes, to trust that making a new plan is the plan.

It’s a season of slowing down, listening, and finding beauty in the simple, steady rhythms of faith and everyday life.

I’ve created this space because I care deeply about helping women feel confident and at home in Scripture. I believe Scripture is meant to be understood, wrestled with, explored, and lived out in community. Here, you’ll find devotions, studies, reflections, and the little pieces of life that shape my walk with Jesus.

My hope is that as you read, you’ll feel encouraged, grounded, and reminded that faith is a journey we take one step at a time — with grace that meets us in every season.

Thank you for being here.
I’m so glad we get to walk this out together.
